Making a quotation could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and add any items that you wish to have a quote for into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the quotation.

If you want to purchase you have to open an account by making a quotation and sending us a message for us to convert this into a purchase order. Just let us have your company registration number, the name of your director and your bank sort code and account number. We also accept credit card payment over the phone such as Visa and Mastercard.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to be shipped. In any event, being a manufacturing company, we do not request payment from you until we have confirmed with you the order details and specifications and delivery times in a separate order acknowledgement.

When you receive an automated e-mail confirmation of a quotation it will mentioned on there that it is a quotation only. It does not mean a binding contract exists between us. If you want us to regard the quotation as an order we will contact you and confirm your request and shall send you an order ackowledgement. We have included this term to protect both parties in case a mistake has been made in specification or pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All products are packed and shipped ex factory Basildon. Delivery shall be charged for unless mentioned otherwise in the price list or price section of this catalogue. Always confirm the final delivery charges with CMR CONTROLS LTD.
