CMR is the manufacturer and designer of the most popular Veloprobes. All veloprobes are made to measure in increments of 50mm in length. They are made of stainless steel and can be supplied for ducts up to 3000mm.The veloprobes are easily installed in new or retro-fit installations and only four holes have to be drilled into the duct so that the veloprobes can be mounted on flanges to the side of the duct. The probes can be fitted in any position except after a controlling damper or a T- Junction. The veloprobes can be turned within the flanges to adjust to the direction of airflow. The veloprobes can be made in welded construction with compression fittings to suit high temperatures and nuclear applications. They can be epoxy or teflon coated. .
