The CAL-95 Manometers have been designed to check CMR pressure transmitters which are installed in the field. The portable battery operated CAL-95 has a built in hand pump to generate the pressure to test the field sensor and to compare the actual measurement of the CAL-95 with the field transmitter. The manometer has a backlight to illuminate the display in dark areas. A slow and fast display dampening switch is also provided. There are two purge valves fitted for the positive and negative sensor ports. It has a zero adjustment on the front panel. The calibrator can also be connected to an external power supply which is supplied with the CAL-95. A traceable calibration certificate to national and international standard is supplied. It comes complete with a carrying case and a length of tubing and fittings. It is an ideal commissioning tool for installations and servicing.

CAL-150 Automatic Pump CalibratorCAL-150 Automatic Pump Calibrator

The CAL-150 Pressure Calibrators have been designed to calibrate or check CMR pressure transmitters which are installed in the field. The portable CAL-150 has a built in automatic pump to generate the pressure to test the field sensor and to compare the actual measurement of the CAL-150 with the field transmitter. The calibrator has a backlight to illuminate the display in dark areas. A complete operator keyboard is standard to automate the calibrations. The CAL-150 has an auto-zero function and electric purge valves are fitted internally of the CAL-150 The calibrator is normally connected to an external power supply which is supplied with the CAL-150 but can also work on batteries for a short time if mains is not available. .It can be connected to a PC and CMR provides a calibration and operating program to fully automate the generation of a calibration certificate. The CAL-150 is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate to international standard. It comes complete with a carrying case and a length of tubing and fittings.

The CAL-150 can also read in air velocity and convert the measurement into volume i.e. m3/s. It is an ideal commissioning tool for accurate air pressure and volume measurement.
