Air Pressure and Volume Controllers for Clean Room - Laboratory and Industrial Ventilation SystemsAir Pressure and Volume Controllers for Clean Room - Laboratory and Industrial Ventilation Systems

DPC Series Air Pressure and Air Volume ControllerDPC Series Air Pressure and Air Volume Controller

The DPC range of compact air pressure and air volume controllers are available without or with one or two built in transmitters. They incorporate the power supplies of either 24, 110 or 230VAC to drive any of the CMR motorised dampers, venturi valves and control valves. They can also control the speed of fans or any other actuator. All controllers can be connected and operated from remote by the PLC or Building Management System via analogue signals or modbus rtu. They are stand alone controls and shall continue working if the PLC or BMS fails. It is just like a small outstation. Positive or negative pressure can be controlled in rooms or ducts. Alternatively, constant or variable air volume can be controlled in any type of ventilation application.

Actuators and Accessories Actuators and Accessories

The picture shows the VM.. series fast damper actuator which has been designed for ventilation applications where contineous moving action over a fraction of a degree is required. The gearbox has heavy duty wheels and is housed in a high quality enclosure. The electric motors are available in various power outputs which rotates the damper in either 1, 5 or 20 seconds for 0-90 degrees. The maxiumum torque is 15 NM for 5s. A variety of Industrial AST damper actuators are available in IP65 with a max torque of 50NM for 30s. ATX pneumatic actuators are also available.
